Một định mức nguyên liệu (ĐMNL) là tập hợp các thành phần của sản phẩm, số lượng mỗi loại và yêu cầu để sản xuất ra sản phẩm, cả quy trình cũng như riêng lẻ.

Trong Kiu ERP, mỗi sản phẩm có thể có nhiều ĐMNL, tuy nhiên mỗi ĐMNL lại chỉ gắn liền với một sản phẩm nhất định. Tuy vậy, một ĐMNL lại có thể mô tả nhiều biến thể của một sản phẩm.
