Product Options and Variants

This tab allows you to manage the product options and option variants, as well as control the option combinations and add forbidden/allowed combinations. Product options appear on the product details page on the storefront as selectable or input parameters of the product.

To complete or edit a product's shipping properties, you click and open the product you've just successfully created.

Hit Add option to work on the pop-up of options and variants. Options tab can have the following attributes:

• Name—the name of the product option as it appears on the storefront.

• Position—the position of the product option relatively to the position of the other options in the list.

• Type— the type of the product option: Select box, Radio group, Check box, Text, Text area or File.

• Description—the description of the product option. It will appear as it appears on the storefront under the question sign (?) next to the option name.

• Comment—the comment displayed below the option on the storefront.

• Required—if you tick this checkbox, customers will have to select this option (or fill in the field, if the option has the Text or Text area type).

Variants tab can have the following attributes:

• Pos.: the position of the variants relatively to the position of the other variants in the list.

• Name: the name of the variants as it appears on the storefront.

• Modifier / Type: price of product variants

• Weight modifier / Type: weight of product variants
