Apply for a Vendor account

These steps should be gone through to become a vendor on Kiu Market

- Go to our site at https://market.kiuglobal.com/

- Hit Apply a vendor account on the top right corner and fill in required details and then SUBMIT. Please make sure that all details provided are precise because Kiu will examine and activate your vendor account based on those ones. Your request for vendor account will be activated within 24 hours with an email from Kiu so please keep an eye on your inbox.

After your vendor account is activated, you could log in it by clicking Vendor Login at our site and using given login details.

Set up a Vendor account

From the top of your dashboard, hit your account name and complete vendor’s information as followings: 1. Complete missing information at 4 tabs (General, Add-ons, Description and Logos) and hit Save.

Note: - Fill in Kiu Product Synchronization at Add-ons when you have a Kiu ERP account (Enterprise resource planning). - Description and Logos are shown at your storefront and your invoices so make sure not to miss them.

Change your account’s password by following these steps: - Click View vendor users from the Menu - Hit the name to open your account information. - Change password to a new one and confirm it before hitting Save changes.

What you need to know when uploading products

- Contact us if you want more relevant categories for your products. - Unit Price: The price must be precisely updated to build trust of customers. The system / root currency is in VND. When you add products just put it in VND then in storefront it can be displayed by USD or AUD using exchange rate managed by admin. - When both Price and List price of products are provided and also Price is less than List price, your products will be shown with discount tags. - Unit of measurement for product packaging is centimeter. - Unit of measurement for product weight is gramme. - Products’ Weight and Box dimension for packaging must be provided at the tab of Shipping Properties when uploading products because they enable the system to calculate shipping freight.
